About the Role

Clinic Equilibrium and Elite Physio & Therapy are seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Administrator & Business Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day running and growth of our Pilates studio and physiotherapy clinic.

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours, particularly around school commitments, who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working within a fast-paced health and wellbeing business.

The role is primarily remote, with regular weekly meetings and occasional on-site presence at our Bowdon studio as required. You will be a key point of contact for clients, staff, and leads, and play an important role in both administration and marketing support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client bookings for Pilates classes, physio appointments, courses, and programmes

  • Following up with enquiries, leads, and existing clients

  • Making confident outbound calls to warm leads and handling incoming enquiries

  • Organising staff schedules and arranging cover for holidays and sickness

  • Supporting general business administration across both businesses

  • Creating posters, digital assets, and marketing materials

  • Creating, scheduling, and managing social media posts and adverts

  • Writing clear, engaging copy for emails, social posts, and advertisements

  • Assisting with social media campaigns and promotions

  • Providing ongoing business support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations


Essential Requirements

This role requires someone who is confident with technology and able to work independently and is highly organised.

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Strong proficiency using computers and online systems

  • Confidence using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Experience creating graphics (essential)

  • Ability to write clear, engaging copy for emails, posts, and adverts

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills

  • Clear, confident, and professional phone manner

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

  • A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach

Experience in administration, customer service, marketing support, or working within a small business environment is highly desirable. Tech confidence is a must for this role.
