Across the 5 days, we’ll deliver 6 workshops on: • Pilates and the Pelvic Floor • Pilates for Low Back Pain • The art of cueing • Reformer on the mat • Pilates for Posture and Neck Pain • Pilates and the soft ball Alongside this, you’ll have two Pilates classes to join, time to rest, recharge, and step away from day-to-day teaching in a calm, inspiring Moroccan setting, and a trip out to explore the Marrakesh Medina for culture and shopping.
