1. Enrolment Your place on a course is secured once you have either:
Paid in full, or
Paid the stated non-refundable deposit
By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Course Fees & Payment Options Course fees and payment options are outlined on the relevant course information page and/or in your confirmation email.Where a payment plan is offered, this will typically include:
A non-refundable deposit
Followed by agreed monthly instalments or a deferred balance payment
3. Payment Commitment
By enrolling on a course, you are committing to pay the full course fee, regardless of payment method selected
Payment plans are a method of spreading the cost, not a subscription or pay-as-you-go service
4. Payment Schedule
Instalment dates and amounts will be confirmed at the point of enrolment
Monthly payments are typically taken on a fixed date each month (e.g. 1st of the month)
Where applicable, payments may begin the month following enrolment or as outlined in your confirmation
5. Missed Payments & Non-Payment If a payment is missed:
Access to course materials and/or live sessions may be paused
You may be temporarily removed from the course until payments are brought up to date
Certification will not be issued until full payment has been received
Late Payments:
Payments not received within 5 days of the due date may incur a £25 late payment administration fee
Continued late or missed payments may result in restricted access to the course
Debt Recovery:
Any outstanding balance may be referred to a third-party debt recovery agency
You agree to cover any reasonable costs incurred in recovering unpaid fees
6. Refunds & Withdrawals
All deposits are non-refundable
All payments made are non-refundable
If you choose to withdraw from a course:
No refunds will be issued
Any remaining balance is still payable in full
7. Course Access Courses may include a combination of:
Online learning materials
Live workshops or sessions (in-person or online)
Recorded content
Assessments and case studies
Access to course materials is provided for the duration specified at enrolment (typically up to 12 months unless otherwise stated).
8. Certification Certification is awarded only when:
All course fees have been paid in full
All required assessments have been successfully completed
The Company reserves the right to withhold certification if these conditions are not met.
9. Student Responsibilities By enrolling, you agree to:
Engage fully with the course content
Attend live sessions where possible
Complete all required coursework and assessments
You are responsible for ensuring you meet any stated prerequisites for your chosen course.
10. Professional Responsibility
You agree to work within your own professional scope of practice at all times
The Company is not responsible for how you apply the information taught within your professional setting
11. Intellectual Property All course materials, content, and resources remain the intellectual property of Equilibrium Pilates Education Limited. You may not:
Copy, share, reproduce, or distribute materials
Use course content for commercial teaching or training purposes without written permission
12. Course Delivery The Company reserves the right to:
Make reasonable updates to course content
Adjust delivery formats where required (e.g. online/live)
Reschedule sessions if necessary
13. Cancellations by the Company 13.1 The Company reserves the right to:
Postpone or cancel the Course
13.2 In the event of cancellation by the Company:
A full refund will be provided, or
A transfer to a future cohort will be offered
14. Limitation of Liability
Participation in practical elements of any course is at your own risk
The Company is not liable for injury, loss of income, or business interruption
15. Data Protection Your personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and used only for purposes related to your course enrolment and participation.
16. Agreement By enrolling on any course with Equilibrium Pilates Education Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
