Ailsa Witherington

Women's Health Physio

Ailsa trained as a physiotherapist at King’s College London in 2009 with a First-Class Honours Degree. During her career Ailsa has had experience of treating both NHS and private clients and has progressed within the NHS to lead physiotherapy teams both in London and more recently in the North West. She has worked with many areas of physiotherapy including, chronic pain, sports injuries, neurological impairments, long term health conditions and post- op patients. 

Ailsa is passionate about helping women stay healthy and active during pregnancy and treats a wide range of pregnancy related complaints including back pain, pelvic girdle pain and carpal tunnel syndrome. She also supports women to return to normal activity and sport post-natally. 

Ailsa is currently available for post-natal assessments for all women who have had a baby, from 6 weeks upto 6 years post-partum!
