I’m glad to share with you some new classes that we have added to our growing timetable.
Beginner Mat Pilates with Debbie on Thursdays at 9:30am and 8pm
Reformer Pilates with Amy on Thursdays at 9:30am
Power Pilates Reformer on Wednesdays with Julie at 10:45
Aerial Pilates with Lindsey on Mondays at 1:30pm
We are also changing Julies beginner classes to intermediate from February.

Meet Amy our newest teacher, Amy is passionate about Pilates after finding it to help her with her own training for her ultra endurance running events.
Amy has extensive knowledge about the body after 10 years as a personal trainer and undertaking 2 years of Physiotherapy training. She is also is an incredible athlete having broke 2 world records, with the most marathons consecutively (53 marathons in 53 days) and the most miles in 7 days (an incredible 512 miles).
Join Amy for her energising classes……Tuesdays at 12:45&1:45 and Thursdays at 9:30am.
