Charlotte Collins BA Hons, DTLLS,

Ante/Postnatal Educator and Meditation Teacher

After working for over 8 years as a cabin crew member, I became accutely aware of the need to take time out and relax away from the fast paced, chaotic world that we live in. Leaving this career, I began a learning journey which began with teacher training and progressed through more spiritual disciplines. My focus is on helping you prioritise relaxation and meditation in a way that works for your busy life. I use a range of therapies (sound, crystal and aroma) alongside meditation practice to help bring you a sense of calm, peace and renewed productivity. I work with many different types of people but I am a pre and post natal specialist, having also delivered the ground breaking Daisy Foundation antenatal and mother and baby programmes for the past 3 years.

I cant wait to work with you and see you leave your worries behind and wake feeling calm, confident and ready for anything.
